Stainless Steel Highly Polished Viper Plenum Trim

This premium stainless steel plenum trim sits on top of the engine manifold, adding a sleek, polished finish to your Viper’s engine bay. It mounts easily using professional-grade automotive adhesive tape located on the back — simply peel and stick.

Heavy-duty and corrosion-resistant, this trim is built to last. Once installed correctly, it will not loosen or fall off due to heat, cold, or vibration.

Note: Does not fit Viper models 2008–2010.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

PARTS INCLUDED:

  • 1 – Stainless Steel Plenum Trim
  • 1 – Adhesive Promoter Packet
  • 1 – Tape Test Stick Kit
  1. Prepare the Engine: Wait until the engine is completely cool. Clean the top of the engine manifold thoroughly with rubbing alcohol to remove all dirt and road grime.
  2. Test Fit the Trim: Place the plenum trim on top of the engine manifold to check its fit. Ensure that all areas sit flush against the surface. You may need to slightly bend some corners or the front center tab by hand for a perfect fit. Do not use tools. Once aligned properly, remove the trim and get ready for final mounting. Note: After sticking the trim in place, it cannot be removed without damage.
  3. Apply Promoter: Open the provided promoter packet and use the moist towelette to wipe the entire mounting area on the manifold. This step ensures maximum adhesion for the tape on the back of your plenum trim.
  4. Expose the Adhesive Tape: Peel off the red backing from the rear of the plenum trim to reveal the adhesive surface.
  5. Position and Mount: Hold the plenum trim about one inch above the engine manifold and align it carefully. Once positioned correctly, lightly set it down. Make any minor adjustments immediately if needed.
  6. Secure the Trim: Press down firmly along the entire trim piece so it sits flat and fully adheres to the manifold surface.
  7. Final Step: Peel off the clear protective film from the front of the plenum trim to reveal its polished finish.
