Installation Instructions

Parts Included:

  • 2 x Adhesive Promoter Packs
  • 1 x Driver Stainless Fuel Rail Cover
  • 1 x Passenger Stainless Fuel Rail Cover
  • 1 x Tape Test Kit

Introduction: These newly designed stainless steel covers add a cool performance look to the already impressive Viper engine. Installation takes just a few minutes.

Liner Information: Your new accessories are shipped with a protective surface liner. Leave this liner in place until installation is complete to prevent fingerprints or scratches.

Read Before Mounting:

  1. Thoroughly clean the surface where the covers will be mounted. Wash the area with soap and water, then use rubbing alcohol or isopropanol to scrub it. Any wax or oil will prevent the covers from sticking properly.
  2. After cleaning, use the Test Stick Kit (included). Peel back the red liner on the small piece of tape and try sticking it to the mounting surface in several spots. If it sticks tightly, your surface is ready for installation.
  3. Take out your Fuel Rail Covers — without removing the back liner — and place one against the mounting area. If necessary, gently bend the cover to match the engine’s contour. Get familiar with how it fits.
  4. Open the Promoter packet and use the moistened towelette to wipe down the mounting areas on the engine.
  5. Once you have the correct contour, remove the red liner from the back of the new cover and carefully position it over the factory coil pack cover. Make final adjustments, then press firmly along its length to secure the bond.

Important: Place the cover slowly and carefully to ensure the raised engine letters align and protrude correctly through the new cover.

Once the covers are in place, remove the protective liner to complete the installation.
