Description

Made of chromed ABS resin, these headlight eyebrows add a distinct, aggressive look to your Viper — a bold yet classy enhancement to your Snake’s appearance.

Includes:

  • 2 Chrome Eyebrows
  • 2 Chrome Molding Strips
  • 1 Adhesive Promoter Pack
  • 1 Adhesive Promoter Tube
  • 1 Plastic Squeegee

Note: Not legal in California.

Installation Instructions:

Your new covers come with a clear protective liner. Do not remove the liner until installation is complete.

  1. Clean your headlight thoroughly with soap and water, then with household isopropyl alcohol. Let it dry completely.
  2. Using the adhesive promoter packet provided, swipe only the area where the new cover will be applied. Do not apply the promoter to clear lens areas — it can leave visible smears.
  3. Position the new cover along the upper edge of the headlight. There should be about a 1/8” gap between the eyebrow edge and the headlight edge (this will be covered later by chrome trim).
  4. Once positioned correctly, peel the release liner from the underside and carefully install the cover, starting from the small side to the larger section. Use the provided squeegee to press down evenly and remove air pockets. Then remove the protective liner.
  5. Apply a small bead of adhesive promoter (from the tube) around the edge of the headlight. Begin placing the chrome trim at the body seam, directly on the top side of the lens (not on the side), covering the 1/8” gap created earlier.
  6. As you work around the headlight, gently pre-bend the trim around corners with your fingers. Continue pulling the red release liner as you go.
  7. When you return to the starting point, mark the overlap slightly long and trim the excess with scissors. Fit the ends together tightly for a seamless look. Press the entire trim to set permanently.
  8. Repeat all steps for the opposite headlight.

Tech Tip: Use a small amount of instant adhesive at the butt seam to prevent separation or shrinkage of the molding over time.

Important: After installation, do not expose to water for 24 hours.
