Description

Chrome Resin Cap Set

This chromed resin cap set covers the unsightly factory screw heads, giving your interior a clean, finished, show-car look. Attach each cap with a small dab of silicone adhesive on every screw head.

Includes 41 chrome buttons and caps.

Installation Instructions

Included: 41 Caps of three different shapes
Needed: 1 Tube of clear silicone adhesive (available at any hardware store)

Your new button kit is made from high-grade, triple-chrome-plated covers designed to be attached using clear 100% household silicone. This adhesive provides a secure hold and allows for simple installation.

  1. Thoroughly clean each screw and bolt head with household rubbing alcohol to remove any dirt, grease, or residue and prepare the area for proper adhesion.
  2. Your kit includes six large covers. These are for the four rear hatch nuts and the two body panel nuts located on the left and right sides of the hatch opening. To install, apply a small amount of silicone inside each cover and set it in place. Avoid using too much silicone, as it may overflow and create a mess. Use only enough adhesive to bond the chrome covers securely to the factory screw heads.
  3. Your kit also includes six smaller covers that have one side shaved. These are designed for the front nose area. The remaining caps should be applied to the side bolt heads of both the hood and rear hatch opening. Allow the silicone to dry for several hours before use.
