Description

This is the most beautiful, highest-quality Viper Convertible license plate upgrade set in the world! The back plate is stainless steel with a mirror-polished finish. The frame is chromed, solid, heavy-duty steel. Two chrome caps cover the screw heads for the frame. The back plate has soft buffers to prevent scratching your car’s paint. The entire assembly is secured with two bolts.

Very easy installation in minutes using a screwdriver. It can be removed at any time with no damage to your car or paint. Completely stainless steel and chromed steel—will not rust, corrode, stain, or lose its luster. (6 1/8″ high frame.)

When installed properly, it will stay in place and will not come off due to heat, cold, or vibration.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

Included: 1 x Chrome License Plate Frame, 4 x Chrome Plastic Nut Caps, 1 x High Polished Stainless Steel Back Plate

Will Need: 4 x License Plate Bolts, small tube of clear adhesive silicone

  1. Place your state license plate behind and inside the chrome frame provided, then set it aside. This will be mounted to your car last. Remove the protective liner on the back plate.
  2. Carefully position the back plate inside the license plate well without scratching the paint. The back of the well trim plate has protective material to prevent damage.
  3. Hold the back plate in place while placing the frame with the license plate on top. The license plate screws will hold everything in place.
  4. Align the two mounting holes at the top of the frame with the holes in the back plate. Insert your license plate bolts finger-tight on both sides, then tighten each side with one turn of the screwdriver. Note: Over-tightening can damage the parts.
  5. Put a small glob of silicone inside each of the two chrome caps, then press the caps onto the top of the bolt heads. Let dry for one hour.
