2-Door Cab: Exhaust replaces the entire stock exhaust system with 3″ piping.
4-Door Cab: Exhaust replaces the entire stock exhaust system with 3″ piping, while the factory quad cab extension pipes remain in place.
Header Features with Mid Pipes (Belanger 5510):
- Dyno-tuned and track-tested long tube Tri-Y headers.
- Laser-cut 5/16″ header plates.
- Mandrel-bent 1 3/4″ port-matched D-ported equal-length primary tubes.
- Primary tubes constructed of aluminized tubing that run 50% cooler than stainless steel stock exhausts.
- 3″ collectors.
- High-temperature Jet Hot coating included.
- Comes complete with gaskets, hardware, and header hookups.
- Ceramic catalytic converters with heat shields.
High Flow Cat’s Kit Features:
- 3″ high-flow catalytic converters are fully heat-shielded to run much cooler than stock cats.
- Headers and mid pipes bolt directly to stock cat-back or any aftermarket exhaust. Complete bolt-on system — no cutting or welding required.
Cat-Back: Fits directly after your catalytic converter for 2-door cabs. For quad cabs, it fits the quad cab extension pipes, which stay in their stock location.
- Includes 3.0″ cat-back with double tip.
- 3″ piping.
- 4″ polished, double-wall, slash-cut stainless steel tips.
- 5 x 8 x 24″ muffler.
- For 4-door cabs, this system connects to the factory quad cab extension pipes, which remain in place.
