New and improved Howe Zero Friction Viper ball joints are now available for both upper and lower fitments. This product is the result of extensive innovation, testing, and market research. The new design allows all ball joints to be greased — including the rear lower ball joints, which can now be serviced without removing the half shafts. Another innovative feature is the completely redesigned high-temperature grease boot with a spring clamp that keeps the boot securely in place.
When all eight joints are installed, the car becomes more nimble and responsive to other performance upgrades, such as shock absorbers and sway bar adjustments. The difference is remarkable.
NOTE: These ball joints are not pre-greased and must be lubricated before use.
It is recommended to grease all ball joints with Red Line Oil CV2 Synthetic Grease before lowering the car to the ground. The joints are not lubricated as delivered and should always be greased before the wheels are installed.
