Reduce side sill and interior temperatures by up to 60 degrees with this space-age thermal insulation material! Works on all Vipers. Wraps directly around the exhaust pipe inside the side sills. The kit includes enough material for both sides of your Viper, along with stainless steel tie wraps for an easy, do-it-yourself installation. It can withstand temperatures in excess of 2100 degrees Fahrenheit.
Includes 2 pieces (0.5″ thick, 24″ wide × 4.5′ long) plus 8 metal zip ties. Excellent for all applications where heat is a problem.

Included: 2 × 60″ long insulation blankets, 8 × 18″ metal zip ties, and 2 pairs of protective gloves.
NOTE: Always wear the included protective gloves and a long-sleeve shirt when handling the insulation blankets. Wash any exposed skin with cold water once complete.
- Remove the rocker panels from the car.
- Clean and wipe down the area.
- Remove any paper from the insulation (use only the white insulation when wrapping).
- Carefully wrap the insulation blanket around the exhaust pipe under the door. Do not wrap too tightly—just enough to hold it in place. Trim as needed with scissors or a razor knife.
- Install 4 metal zip ties to secure the insulation.
- Reinstall the rocker panel.
- Repeat the process on the other side of the car.
Additional Notes:
- Always wear protective gloves and a long-sleeve shirt when handling the insulation blankets.
- If the insulation gets wet while driving, allow it to air dry completely before reuse.
