Description

Reduce side sill and interior temperatures by up to 60 degrees with this space-age thermal insulation material! Works on all Vipers.

This kit wraps around the exhaust in the side sills and includes enough material for both sides of your Viper, along with stainless-steel tie wraps for an easy, do-it-yourself installation. It can withstand temperatures exceeding 2100°F — nearly ten times hotter than your exhaust output. Excellent for all applications where heat is a concern.

Includes both passenger and driver sides.

Included: 2 x 60″ long insulation blankets, 8 x 18″ metal zip ties, 2 pairs of protective gloves

Note: Always wear the included protective gloves and a long-sleeve shirt when handling the insulation blankets. Wash exposed skin with ice-cold water once finished.

1. Remove the rocker panels from the car.
2. Clean and wipe down the area.
3. Remove any paper backing from the insulation (use only the white insulation when wrapping).
4. Carefully wrap the insulation blanket around the exhaust pipe under the door. Do not wrap too tightly—just enough to hold it in place. Trim the insulation as needed with scissors or a razor knife.
5. Install four metal zip ties to secure it.
6. Reinstall the rocker panel.
7. Repeat the process on the other side of the car.

Additional Notes:

• Always wear protective gloves and a long-sleeve shirt when handling the insulation blankets.
• If the insulation becomes soaked while driving, allow it to air dry completely before reuse.
