LIMITED WARRANTY for PCM or Cluster or other module Repair Service
This repair on your PCM (Powertrain Control Module) or TCM (Transmission Control Module) or Cluster or any other module, has a 180-day limited warranty from the day we shipped it to you.
Warranty is enforced by Hot Car Accessories, Inc. (hereby referred to as “HCA”) at its sole judgment.
Shipping:
If the module is damaged by shipping or in any other way the customer must save the original box and reported to HCA within 3 business days of receipt or the customer is solely responsible for the damage.
Covered under this warranty:
- For problems that occur and are covered under this warranty, HCA will repair your PCM/TCM, Cluster or other module at no cost within the warranty and within the warranty period, shipping back to your at the address we sent it to, will be covered (customer must pay for the difference of shipping (after US delivery is deducted) for return shipping if they outside the USA).
Covered under this warranty:
- Repairs that HCA made to the PCM/TCM, Cluster or other module we repaired will be at “HCA” the sole judgment regarding the Warranty.
- HCA is not responsible for labor or any costs besides the amount paid for the module or Cluster repair.

Termination of Warranty:
- If HCA repairs your PCM and same exact issues persist, we will look at it again (buyer must send it back at buyers’ expense). If we determine that it indicates another mechanical or electrical problem is has affected the PCM, the warranty will be void. If we fix the PCM or other item for the same problem (after that second fix for same exact issue the warranty will be void) from further repairs.
- If the PCM has been opened, unsealed, tampered with, or has missing parts, as determined by HCA.
- If the PCM shows signs of burns or external damage.
- HCA is not liable for any monetary amount exceeding the price paid to HCA for this service. You acknowledge that HCA has the sole authority to determine whether devices issues fall under this limited warranty.”
