You must remove the regulator from the car door before ordering this kit so you can identify the issue correctly.
This kit is designed to fix the most common problem: a single crack in the white plastic tube that runs across the width of the window regulator. In this case, the kit will fix the issue.
If there is more than one crack or if another part is damaged, this kit will not work. In such cases, you will need to send your window regulator to us for rebuilding. Please refer to our guaranteed service called Catastrophic Rebuilt Service on our website.
If you have installed this kit correctly, we will replace it if necessary after reviewing the photos. You must email us a picture of the kit mounted on the regulator, along with a close-up image of the problem.
If you receive the part and determine that it is not what you need or want, you may return it within 30 days from the date it was shipped to you.
The item must be returned unused, undamaged, and in brand-new condition. Return shipping will be at your expense, and a refund will be issued minus a 15% restocking fee. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Open the package immediately upon delivery. If the product is damaged, you must contact us within 3 business days of receipt; otherwise, the damage will be your responsibility.
Please keep the original packaging, as you will be required to provide photos of the damage.
