For Customers that are ordering from outside the continental USA - Please
Read This:
By ordering on this website you are
paying for shipping within the continental USA (lower 48 states).
If you having your parts order sent outside the continental USA
then there will be a charge for extra shipping.
The first business day after your order you will receive an email
telling you how much the extra shipping will be (in US Dollars).
You agree and pay the additional shipping or disagree and cancel
your order.

When will I receive my
product?
Prowler
Products:
the normal time
to receive these products is one 5 to 7 business days.
Special order products: such as car covers, floor mats, custom color
logo apparel, customer painted items, ect take longer, usually 3-4 weeks.
What if some of
my products are in and others are delayed?
If you
live in the USA we - Normally
we will ship what is available and include a note or email you
letting you know
the rest will be on the way as soon as they come in.
If you live outside the USA - we usually wait until all your items come in
and ship them all together. Therefore it you have a special order item
all your items will ship once it is available.
When will I
receive a special order product?
Normally
special order products take 3-4 weeks for delivery.
What method will my
products be shipped?
Most of our
products are shipped from Spring Hill, Florida however some are drop shipped
to you directly from the manufacturers from around the USA.
Most products are shipped via UPS. However, small light items are
shipped via US Priority Mail. Some drop ship items may come
from a different shipping company.
Every product has a description of what method it will be shipped next to
the Postage and Handling column (far right hand side)
on the Product Order page. However, sometimes to we consolidate
items and it might all be sent UPS. It is generally determined by
weight.
All special order deliveries must be signed for. If no one is home
please contact the shipper.
Keep in mind very large products are shipped freight and drop
shipped items are shipped whichever way the manufacturer chooses
What if some of my
items I ordered are shipped via US Mail and some UPS?
In that case you will receive two deliveries. One from the US Mail
Service and one from UPS. In addition, you may receive a
product directly from the manufacturer as well.
What if I haven't
received my products within the time specified?
US Mail Products delivered by US Mail
may have to be signed for if they are over $200.00
in total.
If you are not home when your Postal Carrier attempts the delivery they will
hold it for you at your
local US Post Office. Sometimes they will leave a pink postcard
informing you and sometimes they
do not. Call your local US Post Office and ask if they are holding a
package for your address.
You may then go to the Post Office and pick up your item.
UPS
If your product is being delivered by UPS and you are not home they will
either leave it at your door or leave you
a postcard to call and arrange a
time that someone will be at your home to sign for it.
What are things that
can delay my shipment?
If your shipment is delayed there is a reason for it.
Sometimes the shipment is delayed within the mailing system.
Unfortunately we have no control over that.
Shipping can be delayed by product availability as well.
If you live in a foreign country it can be delayed in Customs.
During the months of June to September it is Hurricane Season for
Florida. If you see on the news that Florida is being
hit by a hurricane you can assume an extra week or two for delivery.
What if my product is
lost or damaged during shipping?
You must let us
know immediately if you receive a damaged product. If you
receive a package from us that looks damaged then refuse the package
and call us.
All of our shipments are covered under shipper insurance. You will always get
another new product after the insurance
process is gone through.
If your product is delayed it can be tracked by either the US Postal Service
or UPS.
If it is determined it is lost in the system then you must contact The Viper
Store for instructions.
We will walk you through the claims process. Unfortunately,
each case has a different time frame and procedure.
