What if I live outside the United States?

Email or fax us a list of items (include part numbers), and we will respond with shipping charges. You can pay via PayPal invoice or call us to place your order.

How long does it take to receive my product?

Delivery time varies, typically 1-2 weeks. Special Order items may take 3-4 weeks. International orders usually take 2-3 weeks.

What should I do if I receive my product damaged?

Contact us immediately and keep the packaging intact, as we may need to file a carrier insurance claim.

What if I receive the wrong product or parts are missing?

If we sent the wrong product, ship it back and we will reimburse standard shipping costs. Missing parts will be shipped at no cost to you.

What is your return policy?

Most items can be returned within 30 days. Special Order items are non-returnable. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Items must be in new condition.
