Delivery time varies, typically 1-2 weeks. Special Order items may take 3-4 weeks. International orders usually take 2-3 weeks.
Contact us immediately and keep the packaging intact, as we may need to file a carrier insurance claim.
If we sent the wrong product, ship it back and we will reimburse standard shipping costs. Missing parts will be shipped at no cost to you.
Most items can be returned within 30 days. Special Order items are non-returnable. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Items must be in new condition.
