What if I live outside
the United States how do I know my shipping costs?
We have had customers order from over 30 different countries around the
World. Simply send us a list (be sure to include part numbers) of what
you want via email or fax and we will respond with the additional shipping
charge required. We can either send you a PayPal invoice via email or
you can call us directly and order (see contact info top of this page).
How long does it take to
receive my product.
Usually it is indicated on each item what the delivery time is.
Usually (1-2 weeks). However, some items and Special Order items can take as
long as 3-4 weeks.
If you live outside of the United States it will take 2-3 weeks in most
cases. Please be advised that we can not control your home country's
Customs. Although in most cases our customers who live outside the USA
do not experience any problems in receiving products - how long it takes to
get through your home country's Customs is always unknown.
What should I do if I
receive my product damaged in the mail?
Contact us immediately. Try not to disturb the inner or outer packing.
We may have to go through the carrier insurance process where we will need
you to take certain steps.
What if I find my packaged
item has missing parts or I received the wrong product?
Our team here at The Viper Store strives to ship every order out perfectly -
but sometimes we make mistakes.
If sent you were sent the wrong product by mistake we will have you ship it
back to us and we will reimburse you for the shipping amount either by UPS
Ground or US Postal Service Priority Mail only (we will not reimburse you for
over-night shipping). Once we receive your returned product we will
immediately ship you the correct item at our expense.
If you are missing a part or parts we will ship them to you at no cost to
you.
What is your return
policy?
Most items can be returned back to us within 30 days of day of purchase.
However, Special Order Items are not returnable.
Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. In
addition, you are responsible to paying to have products returned back to
us.
Parts must be in new and unused condition. (No scratches, no missing parts,
etc..)
Note: TVS (The Viper Store) is not responsible for items you send back
that are lost or damaged in the mail. You are advised to insure them
when sending them back.

How long once you receive the parts does it
take to get my refund processed?
It takes 3-5 working days to process your refund. Returned parts must
be inspected first.
Are you open for me to
come to your location and see your products or to pick up products I have
ordered?
We are an Internet company not a retail store. We have only offices
and warehouses.
You can visit us by appointment only. Call to schedule a day and time.
If you pick up your products there is not a
shipping fee. This must still be done by appointment only.
