Front Fender Covers - 2pc
 

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

Includes:  2 x Front Fender covers,  2 x small chrome snap caps;  2 x large chrome snap caps, 1 x Chrome Fluid Cap Cover,  2 x Large fender washers
 

1.  The first thing we will do is to loosely place the two front sections. This will allow you to see the front fender screws as well as the two rear body bolts.  It will also allow you to get a good idea about how they will set in place,

2.  Remove these screws and bolts. Your kit will contain 2 large fender washers. Place these washers over the two larger body bolt holes you just exposed.

3.  Set each front fender cover under the front edge of the actual fender and then line up the holes.

4.  Place the two front screws through the two white nylon sockets and loosely install them.

5.  Install the two upper bolts making sure you pierce the large washer placed earlier. This will allow you to tighten the bolt without warping the panel. Be sure not to over tighten these bolts you need only snug tight. Then snug the two front screws.

6.  You have been provided with four decorative chrome caps. Snap on the two smaller ones. Then apply a small dab of clear 100% household adhesive silicone to the underside of the two remaining caps and set them in place over the two larger bolt heads.  This silicone will insure they remain in place.
Remove the protective liner.
